Hospice New Zealand reserves the right to suspend or cancel your access to the website if we believe you have breached any of these terms. You agree to indemnify Hospice New Zealand and its members from and against all losses if you breach these terms.

Where Knowledge Hub content and intellectual property for a specific course is owned by a particular member hospice, then that hospice has the right to republish that content on another site.
